Participants are required to make their own arrangements for accommodation.

The hotels listed below have reserved some rooms at privileged rates solely for the participants of 2024/25 INDEX Symposium. Reservation link will be provided to participants by email after registration. Please reserve your room online. The room availability is on a first-come-first-served basis. Symposium participants are strongly advised to make their reservations as early as possible to secure accommodations and these special room rates.
